Modest Apparel, Inc. began operations on July 1, 2004.  It was founded by Alvis and Janel John in order to fill a necessary need for adequate clothing in the Christian market.

This business will provide clothing for Christian girls and women.  Clothing styles have undergone many changes in the last half-century and is a multimillion dollar industry.  Women’s fashions have changed most of all.  The Christian women must dress modestly at all times.  These women like many styles and spend a lot of money on clothing.  However, the market does not always provide an adequate selection of clothes for them and many have resorted to having their clothes tailor-made, which is costly and time consuming.  Today’s women’s fashion trend caters towards what is sexy and not toward what is modest.  It is the goal of Modest Apparel, Inc. to provide the fashions these women are looking for, in a convenient affordable manner.
